Initial Evaluation 60 min $300
Individual Session 50 min $300
Couples/Family Session 50 min $300
Please note that fees are reviewed annually and might be adjusted.
Payments are the patient's responsibility and expected at the time of service. Accepted forms of payments include cash, personal or bank checks, or electronic transfer of funds. I currently utilize google wallet for electronic transactions, they are immediate and free of charge and available to iPhone and Android users.
Telephone conversations that exceed 10 min, report preparation, consultation with other professionals, and extended sessions may be charged at the prorated rate of $300 per hour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each appointment we schedule is a time I hold reserved for you. If you need to cancel, I appreciate as much notice as possible, but at the very minimum require 24h. Late cancellations are billed at the same hourly rate as regular sessions. If we're able to reschedule to the same week, you won't be charged for the missed session.
